1.36 Non-Availability of Physician's Statement
Employees on the Sick List, who are unable to provide a physician's statement when requested, or who are found to have produced false certification or declaration for illness or injuries, will be considered as feigning illness in order to absent themselves from their duties.  Such individuals may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with the 13.0 Discipline Code.

You would think that common sense would prevail, but you may not realize the reach of this rule. It says:
1.29 Willful or Negligent Property Damage
 At no time will an Operations employee deliberately or carelessly damage HRT property, to include any vehicles, shelters, bus stops, work space/office, and/or official HRT Transfer Center and belongings.

At any time, while on duty, or in or on HRT property, employees must not use or have in their possession any firearm, knives, edged objects, stun guns, tasers, mace, pepper spray, or any instruments used to inflict harm or injury. In possession includes weapons left in personal vehicles while parked on HRT property.

Employees are prohibited from relieving the call of nature on board vehicles. Only authorized or public facilities will be used for this purpose, in accordance with SOP 108 Restroom Stop Measures

Do I really have to mention that Indecent Exposure will get you fired? Especially since the only reasons people might find themselves exposed indecently are Sexual Activity  or Relieving the Call of Nature.

Employees will not expose themselves inappropriately while on duty, or in or on HRT property.
